無料の基本機能に加えて、制作を助ける有料プランを用意しています。現在、お申し込みの対象は段階的にご案内しています。

表示料金は税込。年払いは1年分を一括払いし、自動更新します。初年度50%OFFは全有料プラン共通で、1アカウントにつき1回です。対象外の場合は通常の年額が適用されます。旧プランの契約には既存の料金・付与条件が適用されます。
お住まいの国・地域とお支払い
新規申し込みの表示料金は、URLが /ja または /ja/ 配下で、表示言語も日本語の場合のみ日本円です。それ以外は米ドルの基準料金です。契約済みの料金・通貨は表示言語を変えても変わりません。日本居住者の決済はStripe、海外の対象国・地域ではLinkが取り扱います。お申し込み時に、お住まいの国・地域を選び、決済画面にも同じ国・地域の請求先住所を入力してください。
表示される基準料金は税込です。現地通貨を選ぶ場合は、為替換算手数料を含む最終金額をお支払い画面でご確認ください。更新時の現地通貨額は為替により変わる場合があります。Linkから届く領収書や請求書でも内容を確認できます。海外決済の支払い・返金に関する相談はLinkの窓口も利用できます。ARTPIAの機能に関する相談は当サイトで受け付けます。

ARTPIA FREE：画像のドット絵変換・編集、通常の作業ガイド、デザイン保存20件。
ライト：無料機能に加えて、時短モード、3Dを見ながらの服の配置調整、全面への画像貼り付け。デザイン保存100件。AI生成用の💎付与はありません。
スタンダード AI生成：ライトの機能に加えて、画像・服のAI生成。デザイン保存100件、毎月💎150。
プレミアム AI生成：スタンダード AI生成の機能に加えて、デザイン保存500件、毎月💎900。
使う前に知っておきたいこと
💎はいつ付与され、何に使いますか？
年払いも月払いも毎月付与します。まとめて1年分の付与は行いません。各付与分は付与から6か月で失効します。服のAI生成は1回💎50、AI画像の生成・変換は1サイズ💎50です。複数サイズを生成する場合はサイズごとに必要です。生成に成功した場合のみ消費し、失敗時は確保した💎を戻します。残高と履歴はマイページで確認できます。
生成結果の保存期間は？
生成データは生成日から180日間、マイページの「生成データ・再利用」で確認できます。期限を過ぎたデータは自動削除の対象になります。別途保存したデザインや作業中データは、この期限だけを理由に削除されません。
途中でプランを変更できますか？
マイページの契約管理で変更できます。同じ支払間隔で上位プランへ変更する場合は、残り期間に応じた差額をお支払いいただき、決済成功後に反映します。💎も、その月の付与数の差分を残り期間に応じて計算し、50💎単位で切り上げて追加します。年払いでも💎の付与は毎月のままです。下位プランへの変更、月払い・年払いの切替は次回更新日に反映し、変更時の初年度割引の再適用はありません。変更の確定前に金額と適用日を表示します。
問い合わせ窓口は？
操作の個別相談は有料会員向けです。支払い・解約・ログインの問題、不具合、個人情報や権利の相談は、会員登録やログインなしでお問い合わせいただけます。事業者情報の開示請求は、購入前でも artpiatool@gmail.com へメールでご連絡いただけます。
解約・契約の確認は？
マイページの契約管理からStripeの管理画面を開けます。解約すると次回の自動更新を停止し、支払済みの期間は利用できます。アカウント削除は解約とは異なり、作品等の削除と有料契約の終了を伴います。決済や返金についての相談は、サイト内のお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。アカウント削除だけで返金は自動実行されません。適用法令等に従って対応します。
AI生成は元画像やゲーム内と同じ仕上がりになりますか？
AI生成では、元画像の細部・文字・模様・形が変わることがあります。3Dプレビューもゲーム内表示の完全な一致を保証するものではありません。生成結果を確認し、配置やドット絵の編集で調整してください。
画像や契約情報はどう扱いますか？
AI生成に必要な画像や指示は、処理を担当する外部AIサービスに送信します。復元・再利用のために元画像や生成結果等を保存します。公開操作を行うまでは他の利用者向けに公開しません。決済はStripeを利用します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
💎チャージ（追加購入）
有効なスタンダード・プレミアム会員は、日本版から💎を追加購入できます。残高があっても購入できます。月額料金とは別の1回払いで、自動チャージはありません。

支払い完了を確認後、残高に加算します。購入分の有効期限は支払い完了から6か月で、期限が近いものから使用します。購入によって月額プラン・更新日・他の残高の期限は変わりません。AI生成には対象プランの有効な加入が必要です。解約等による利用条件と返金の取り扱いは以下をご確認ください。
返金・解約後のダイヤ・再生成
利用者の都合による途中解約・未利用を理由とする日割り・月割りの返金は原則として行いません。二重請求・誤請求、有料機能を提供できない場合や法令上必要な場合は、状況に応じて訂正・再提供・返金等に対応します。アカウント削除だけでは返金は自動実行されません。
支払済み期間の終了後やAI対象外プランへの変更後は、ダイヤが残っていても新しいAI生成は利用できません。期限内に対象プランへ再加入すれば有効な残高を利用できますが、解約・変更・再加入で期限は延長されません。アカウント削除時は残高も削除します。
再生成は、その都度💎50が必要です。処理失敗時は確保を解除し、有効期限内のダイヤを戻します。期限は延長しません。生成できた結果が好みに合わない場合は処理失敗と区別します。これらの説明は、不具合等に関する法令上の救済を妨げるものではありません。詳しくは利用規約 第4条をご確認ください。
Pricing, diamonds and cancellation
Paid enrollment is being rolled out gradually. The US dollar prices offered by the app are listed below.

Prices include tax. Annual plans are paid upfront and renew automatically at the full annual price. The 50% first-year discount is available once per account across all paid plans. Existing legacy subscriptions retain their contracted pricing and allowances.
Choose your country or region of residence before subscribing and use a billing address in the same country at checkout. New enrollment prices use JPY only when the URL is /ja or under /ja/ and the display language is Japanese; otherwise they use USD. Changing the display language does not change an existing contract’s price or currency. Payments for residents of Japan are handled directly by Stripe; those in supported international locations are sold through Link. If you select a local currency, checkout shows the final amount including currency conversion fees; local currency renewal amounts may vary with exchange rates. Link sends transaction receipts and invoices. Link support can help with international payments and refunds; ARTPIA handles product questions.
FREE includes image conversion, pixel editing, standard drawing guides and 20 saved designs. Light adds Fast Mode, clothing layout in 3D, image wrapping and 100 saved designs. Standard AI Generation adds AI image and clothing generation with 150 monthly diamonds. Premium AI Generation includes 500 saved designs and 900 monthly diamonds.
Diamonds are granted monthly, including on annual plans, and expire six months after each grant. Clothing generation costs 50 diamonds per generation; AI image generation and conversion costs 50 per size. Only successful generations consume diamonds. Reserved diamonds are released on failure.
Change your plan or cancel renewal from My Page. Upgrades within the same billing interval take effect after successful prorated payment. The prorated monthly diamond difference is rounded up to the next multiple of 50 diamonds and added; annual plans continue to receive monthly grants. Downgrades and monthly/annual changes take effect at the next renewal. Switching does not reapply the introductory discount. You can review the amount and effective date before confirming. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. Account deletion also ends the subscription and removes account data. It does not automatically issue a refund. Contact us using the site's inquiry form for payment and refund questions; applicable law is respected.
Personal help with using ARTPIA is for paid members. Payment, cancellation, sign-in, bug, privacy and rights requests remain available without signing in through Contact. For business information requests before purchasing, email artpiatool@gmail.com; no account is required.
Generation data can be reused from My Page for 180 days. Separately saved designs and work in progress are not deleted solely because of this period. AI may change details, text and shapes, and the 3D preview may differ from the game. Images and instructions are sent to the AI provider used for processing. Originals and generated results may be stored for recovery and reuse; they are not published to other users unless you publish them.
One-time diamond top-ups (Japan edition)
Active Standard and Premium subscribers may purchase additional diamonds, even with a remaining balance: 150 for JPY 300; 300 for JPY 500; 500 for JPY 800; 1,000 for JPY 1,500; or 2,000 for JPY 2,800. Prices include tax. These are separate one-time payments, not automatic top-ups. Credits are added after payment verification and expire six months after payment. Credits expiring soonest are used first. An active eligible AI plan is required to generate. Purchases do not change your plan, renewal date or other credits’ expiry. Overseas top-ups are not available yet.
Refunds, remaining diamonds and regeneration
We generally do not provide prorated refunds for personal cancellation or non-use. Incorrect or duplicate charges, inability to provide paid features and legally required remedies are handled as appropriate. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund.
New AI generation requires an active eligible AI plan, even if diamonds remain after the paid period ends or after switching to a non-AI plan. Rejoining before expiration permits use of valid remaining diamonds. Cancellation, changes and rejoining do not extend expiration. Account deletion removes the balance.
Each regeneration costs another 50 diamonds. Failed processing releases reserved unexpired diamonds without extending expiration. A generated result that does not suit your preferences differs from a processing failure. Mandatory rights, including remedies for defects, remain protected. See Terms, Section 4.
