* The 50% first-year offer is available once per account across all paid plans. Otherwise, the regular annual price applies from the first year. Annual plans are paid for one year upfront and automatically renew at the regular annual price. Legacy subscriptions retain their contracted pricing and allowances.
Light includes 100 saved designs and no monthly diamonds. Standard AI Generation includes 100 saved designs and 150 monthly diamonds. Premium AI Generation includes 500 saved designs and 900 monthly diamonds.
Diamonds are granted monthly even on annual plans and expire six months after each grant. Clothing generation costs 50 diamonds per generation; AI image generation and conversion costs 50 diamonds per size. Only successful generations use diamonds. See plan features and diamond conditions.
Payment and service access
- Payment methods
- The methods displayed at checkout, including supported credit cards. Availability depends on your country and currency. Japan subscriptions use Stripe payments. New subscriptions in supported international locations are sold through Link.
- Payment timing
- Payment is due when subscribing and on each renewal date: monthly or yearly, according to the selected plan. The amount, currency and billing period are shown before you confirm payment.
- Service access
- Paid features are activated immediately after successful payment is confirmed. If your payment is complete but access has not appeared, contact payment support.
- Additional expenses
- No shipping charges apply. You are responsible for your device and internet connection costs. If you choose a local currency at international checkout, the final amount includes the displayed currency conversion fee. Your card issuer may charge its own fees; check with your issuer.
- Country and currency
- Select your country or region of residence and use a billing address in the same country at checkout. Local currency renewal amounts may vary with exchange rates. Available locations and final prices are shown before payment.
- Operating environment
- An internet connection and a current browser with JavaScript enabled are required. 3D previews require WebGL support. Use the free features to check compatibility with your device before purchasing.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
- Cancel renewal
- You can cancel from the subscription management area in My Page before the next renewal. This stops the next automatic renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Change a plan
- Upgrades within the same billing interval take effect after successful prorated payment. Downgrades and changes between monthly and annual billing take effect at the next renewal. The amount and effective date are shown before confirmation. The first-year discount does not apply again when changing plans.
- Refunds and service issues
For payment errors, unavailable paid features or refund requests, use payment support. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law. Canceling renewal or deleting an account does not automatically issue a refund.

- Account deletion
- Deleting your account ends the subscription and removes account data. To stop renewal while keeping your account and designs, cancel the subscription from My Page instead.
