プライバシーポリシー みんなのデザインスタジオ運営（以下「運営」といいます。）は、運営が提供する「ハートピア みんなのデザインスタジオ」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）において、利用者の皆さまに安心して本サービスをご利用いただくため、本サービスにおける利用者情報の管理および取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。 なお、本サービスは、ハートピアの公式サービスではありません。本サービスは、ハートピアを楽しむユーザーのために、ハートピアのファンが作成・運営する完全無料の非公式ツールです。 1. 取得する情報 本サービスでは、利用者に対して本サービスの各種機能を提供するため、また,本サービスの適切な運営、不正利用の防止、問い合わせ対応、サービス改善等を行うために、必要な範囲で以下の情報を取得する場合があります。 取得する情報には、Firebase Authentication により発行されるユーザーID、メールアドレス、ログイン日時、利用者が本サービス内で設定したアプリ内ニックネーム、利用者が保存したデザインデータ、利用者が公開したデザインデータ、作品タイトル、お気に入り登録数、利用者が任意で登録したSNSアカウント、利用者が任意で登録したハートピアID、お問い合わせ内容、本サービスの利用状況、Google Analytics および Google AdSense により取得されるアクセス解析・広告配信に関する情報が含まれます。 本サービスでは、ログイン機能としてGoogleログインを利用しています。ただし、本サービスでは、Googleアカウントの表示名およびプロフィール画像を、本サービス上で保存または表示することはありません。 また、利用者が本サービスにアップロードした元画像については、原則として保存せず、画像変換後に生成されたデザインデータのみを保存します。 2. 利用目的 運営は、取得した情報を、本サービスの提供および運営に必要な範囲で利用します。具体的には、本サービスのログイン機能を提供するため、デザインの作成、保存、編集および公開機能を提供するため、公開デザインの表示、共有、お気に入り登録等の機能を提供するため、ユーザーの識別、認証および管理を行うために利用します。 また、お問い合わせへの対応、不正利用、荒らし、なりすまし、過度なアクセスその他本サービスの正常な運営を妨げる行為の防止、サービスの改善、機能追加、不具合調査、アクセス解析、その他本サービスの運営に必要な目的の為にのみ利用します。 3. 公開される情報 利用者が本サービス上でデザインを公開した場合、公開機能の性質上、一定の公開情報が他の利用者に表示されます。 公開時に他の利用者に表示される情報には、アプリ内ニックネーム、公開デザイン画像、作品タイトル、お気に入り登録数、利用者が任意で登録したSNSアカウント、利用者が任意で登録したハートピアIDが含まれます。 SNSアカウントおよびハートピアIDは任意入力項目であり、入力は必須ではありません。ただし、利用者がこれらの情報を入力し各IDの公開を許可した場合、公開ページ等において他の利用者に表示されます。 4. Googleログインについて 本サービスでは、利用者のログインおよび本人認証のために、Googleログインを利用しています。Googleログインを利用する際には、認証に必要な情報として、Firebase Authentication によりユーザーIDやメールアドレス等を取得します。 ただし、本サービスでは、Googleアカウントに登録されている表示名およびプロフィール画像を、本サービス上で保存または表示しません。利用者名として表示される情報は、原則として本サービス内で設定されたアプリ内ニックネームです。 5. Google Analyticsについて 本サービスでは、本サービスの利用状況を把握し、サービスの改善、利便性の向上、不具合の把握、アクセス状況の分析等を行うために Google Analytics を使用しています。 Google Analytics では、Cookie等を利用して、利用者のアクセス情報を収集する場合があります。これらの情報は、主に統計的な分析のために利用され、個人を直接特定する目的で使用するものではありません。 Google Analytics による情報収集を希望しない場合、利用者はブラウザの設定を変更することや、Googleが提供するオプトアウト機能を利用することにより、情報収集を無効化できる場合があります。 6. Google AdSenseについて 本サービスでは、広告配信のために Google AdSense を使用しています。Google AdSense では、Cookie等を利用して、利用者の興味、関心、閲覧状況等に応じた広告が表示される場合があります。 利用者は、ブラウザの設定またはGoogleの広告設定を利用することにより、パーソナライズ広告を無効にできる場合があります。 7. 第三者サービスの利用 本サービスでは、本サービスの提供、認証、データ保存、アクセス解析、広告配信等のために、第三者が提供するサービスを利用しています。 利用している第三者サービスには、Firebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Firebase Storage、Firebase Hosting または Google Cloud 関連サービス、Google Analytics、Google AdSense などが含まれます。 これらの第三者サービスにおける情報の取扱いについては、各サービス提供者が定めるプライバシーポリシー、利用規約、その他関連する規定をご確認ください。 8. 第三者提供について 運営は、取得した利用者情報について、利用者本人の同意がある場合、法令に基づき開示が必要となる場合、不正利用、権利侵害、トラブル対応その他本サービスの適切な運営のために必要な場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。 9. 情報の管理 運営は、取得した利用者情報について、不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、合理的かつ適切な管理に努めます。 ただし、本サービスはインターネット上で提供されるサービスであるため、通信環境、外部サービス、利用端末その他の事情により、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。 10. お問い合わせ 本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、本サービス内のお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。運営は、必要に応じて内容を確認し、合理的な範囲で対応します。 11. プライバシーポリシーの変更 運営は、法令の変更、本サービスの内容変更、利用する外部サービスの変更、その他必要がある場合に、本ポリシーの内容を変更することがあります。 変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本サービス上に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。 12. 制定日 制定日：2026年4月26日
Privacy Policy Everyone's Design Studio Management (hereinafter referred to as "Management") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the management and handling of user information in "Heartopia Everyone's Design Studio" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), to ensure users can use the Service with peace of mind. Note that this Service is not an official Heartopia service. This Service is a completely free, unofficial tool created and operated by fans of Heartopia for users who enjoy Heartopia. 1. Information to be Collected This Service may collect the following information within the necessary scope to provide users with various features, and for the proper operation of the Service, prevention of unauthorized use, responding to inquiries, and service improvement. The information collected includes the User ID issued by Firebase Authentication, email address, login date and time, the in-app nickname set by the user, design data saved by the user, design data published by the user, artwork titles, number of favorites, voluntarily registered SNS accounts, voluntarily registered Heartopia IDs, inquiry contents, usage status, and information related to access analytics and ad delivery acquired by Google Analytics and Google AdSense. This Service uses Google Login. However, we do not save or display the display name and profile picture associated with your Google account. In addition, original images uploaded by users are not saved; only the design data generated after image conversion is saved. 2. Purpose of Use Management uses the collected information within the scope necessary to provide and operate this Service. Specifically, it is used for login, creating, saving, editing, and publishing designs, sharing, and user identification and management. Furthermore, it is used for responding to inquiries, preventing unauthorized use or actions that hinder normal operation, service improvement, debugging, and access analysis. 3. Published Information When a user publishes a design, certain information will be displayed to other users due to the nature of the feature. The information displayed includes the in-app nickname, published design image, artwork title, number of favorites, and optionally registered SNS accounts and Heartopia IDs. 4. Regarding Google Login This Service uses Google Login for authentication. Email addresses and User IDs are acquired via Firebase Authentication. We do not save or display your Google profile picture or name. Your in-app nickname will be displayed instead. 5. Regarding Google Analytics This Service uses Google Analytics to analyze access and improve the service. Google Analytics may use Cookies to collect access information. This information is used statistically and does not identify individuals directly. If you do not wish for your information to be collected by Google Analytics, you may disable it by changing your browser settings or using the Google opt-out feature. 6. Regarding Google AdSense This Service uses Google AdSense for advertising. Cookies may be used to display personalized ads. You can disable personalized advertising in your browser or Google settings. 7. Third-Party Services This Service uses third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Hosting, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense. Please refer to each service's privacy policy. 8. Provision to Third Parties Management will not provide acquired user information to third parties, except with user consent, when legally required, or when necessary for proper operation (e.g., resolving rights infringement). 9. Information Management Management strives to handle user information securely to prevent unauthorized access or leakage. However, complete security over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. 10.
